Last updated: 18 August 2026
Phi Earth Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Phi Earth”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting personal data. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).
1. Personal data we collect
We may collect information you provide when you contact us, request a demonstration, discuss a pilot, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number, business location, enquiry details, and information you choose to provide about land, biomass, or a supply chain.
We may also collect limited technical information when you use this website, such as browser, device, and server log information. We do not use this website to collect sensitive personal data intentionally.
2. Purposes and consent
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for reasonable and notified purposes, including responding to enquiries, arranging demonstrations or meetings, evaluating potential pilots and partnerships, providing requested information, improving our website and services, maintaining business records, and complying with legal obligations. Where required by the PDPA, we obtain consent. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, although this may affect our ability to provide a requested service.
3. Disclosure and service providers
We may disclose personal data to professional advisers, technology and hosting providers, communications providers, and other service providers who support our business, and where required or permitted by law. We require appropriate safeguards for providers handling personal data on our behalf.
4. Protection, retention, and overseas transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data. We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here or for legal and business requirements, after which we securely dispose of or anonymise it. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
5. Access and correction
You may request access to personal data we hold about you or information about how it has been used or disclosed, and you may request correction of an error or omission. We may need to verify your identity and may apply exceptions or reasonable administrative requirements permitted by law.
